Second, to your point, this is an issue I have been trying to address. Substack has been a great email newsletter delivery system, but has not worked out as an online community, in terms of forum/discussion features.
That is why I recently created a forum on my website:
This is the best place to ask questions that I always check. I rarely check my FB, Twitter, or LinkedIn messages (so I'm sorry there!). Mainly because I literally am receiving hundreds per day and it is far to time consuming/hard to prioritize subscribers and sift through spam.
I do have an email that I openly give out to paid subscribers (but really anyone can reach me on this) but most questions that someone has are also of value to others which is why I've recently created the Blogging Guide Forum:
As noted above, when you become a paid subscriber, you'll get access to an email which you can always use to reach out to me. You will also have access to private sections on the forum.
