As a frequent Medium writer and platform enthusiast, I receive a lot of questions about achieving success on Medium.
I have an entire publication on the topic. A widely read newsletter containing the latest articles on Medium. My own Facebook group for Medium writers.
And I plan to keep all of these going.
You may wonder:
What makes this Substack newsletter worth subscribing to?
First,
I plan to keep a portion of the published content free (you just need to provide an email). I love analyzing the intricacies of Medium and helping writers realize their dreams of making money through the platform.
I am happy to give away the vast majority of that knowledge for free. That is why I created the Blogging Guide publication in the first place!
Second,
Many of my readers have requested a way to get additional content on a regular basis. And I’ve tried to facilitate this in private conversations over email, but frankly, this is vastly inefficient for both me and other Medium writers.
I realized the far better solution was to create a Freemium publication, which would both help me reach new Medium users with free content and better serve existing Medium writers who want more and understand the value of an experienced platform user.
I didn’t know of a reliable way to do this until I discovered Substack, which seemed to address all these concerns.
So here we are!
This newsletter will be unique because it contains posts that go beyond the informational content published on Blogging Guide.
In this premium newsletter, I will be:
Explaining Medium writing secrets and creative ideas for boosting your Medium earnings.
Offering unbiased commentary on Medium’s trajectory and keeping you updated on new publishing and money making platforms (this unbiased critique is much easier to do off of Medium’s own platform).
Publishing alerts of Medium platform changes to help give you time to adapt your Medium marketing strategy.
Disclosing aggregated writer earnings data to help you find out how much various Medium writers have made over time (based on their own publicly available, but scattered and hard to find, posts). And yes, this will include my earnings as well!
Offering discounts on any of my custom Medium tools.
